Opened in September this year, the hawker centre is located next to Admiralty MRT station. It houses 43 food stalls offering a variety of local cuisine, cashless payment options and 900 seats.

Nurfirdaus, a third-year Sports and Leisure Management student, said: “With how accessible it is and the broad variety of food, I think that RP students can finally have a change in food choices to grab dinner with their friends after school or Interest Group (meetings).”

The average price of the food at the hawker centre is around $6. However, every stall offers at least two budget meals which costs less than $2.80 each.

Kampung Admiralty also boasts other facilities, such as a two-storey medical centre and fast food outlets like Starbucks and MOS Burger. More shops are expected to be opened by 2018.
