The Republican Post is an online publication of the Media Lab from Republic Polytechnic’s School of Management and Communication (SMC). It’s a student-led digital-first newsroom that produces feature news and lifestyle stories, videos and podcasts. Our journalists include writers, editors, videographers and designers who are largely students from SMC’s Diploma in Mass Communication programme.
Our content is published and featured on multiple channels including an e-newsletter, an e-magazine and a collector’s edition print copy. From exclusive interviews with newsmakers and reviews on food, fashion and movies to captivating feature stories and important wellness columns, our coverage spans a range of relevant categories for our audience.
Our dynamic team of journalists reports on news both within and beyond campus with a focus on telling stories that matter to students.
